Are you a strategic and commercially minded brand marketing leader who knows how to turn insight into impactful brand strategy, performance momentum and sustainable growth?

At Integria Healthcare, we’re on a mission to inspire healthier lives through trusted, evidence-based healthcare brands — and we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to help bring our brand portfolio to life.

In this key role, you’ll own end-to-end brand strategy and performance across practitioner and consumer healthcare brands. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Innovation, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand strategy, customer insight, and commercial outcomes, leading a team of Brand Managers to deliver insight-led, high-impact marketing.

This role is ideal for someone with experience across HCP, B2B or B2B2C healthcare marketing, who can connect market understanding, competitive intelligence, customer insight, patient/client experience through to strategy and execution to drive measurable growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead brand and portfolio strategy across trusted brands that serve practitioners, healthcare professionals and end users (patients/clients/consumers)
  • Distil insights from the market, competitors, customers (practitioners & healthcare professionals) and end-users (patients/clients/consumers) into actionable brand strategies
  • Develop and deliver brand plans that clearly position brands for in-market success, long-term sustainable growth through enduring positive brand equity
  • Develop and execute with excellence integrated marketing plans across multiple channels in close collaboration with the science education and events team.
  • Drive portfolio performance including product lifecycle management, NPD direction, EPD restage.
  • Partner with Sales & Commercial strategy teams to optimise customer journeys and increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage Brand P&Ls through impactful deployment of A&P and strong ownership of ROI and commercial outcomes
  • Lead internal and external partners to ensure high-quality, compliant campaign delivery
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver strong go-to-market execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Brand team
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a brand leadership role within healthcare, consumer health, or regulated FMCG
  • 7-12+ years experience across HCP, B2B, or B2B2C marketing environments
  • Strong track record in brand building, positioning, and strategy development (not just execution)
  • Demonstrated ability to connect insight → strategy → execution
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and ROI delivery
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
